I want to share useful information about Cuba:
1. Cuban's boarders have been opened for all tourists since November 2021.
2. Covid19 is controlled but uses the mask in crowd places as a prevention measure.
3. The PCR test is no longer an obligation to enter the country.
4. You can stay in hotels or guesthouses (casa particular). An official license is required to receive foreigners at home.
5. Cuban banks accept any currency. I suggest bringing cash, US dollars, or Euros. If you bring small bills, it will be easier.
6. Right now, at the Banks, the exchange rate is USD 1 / 120 Cuban Pesos.
7. The internet in Cuba is not stable. You can buy or rent a SIM card and pay an Internet plan.

It's important to be informed that Cuba Couchsurfing is ILLEGAL. Sorry, guys! In Cuba, foreigners have to stay in hotels or official guesthouses with local family that need special license to receive foreigners at their houses. That's the only way you can stay with local people. Otherwise, the government will impose a penalty to the house's owners.

I love music, reading, dancing, yoga, and cultural development. I love to dance salsa, tango, and Bellydance. I enjoy doing handmade things.
I speak Spanish, Russian, English, and Italian. I'm learning French now.
I'm a foreign language teacher (University of Havana). I'm a mom. I've a little boy.

I have had my own business since 2016, I managed a guesthouse for travelers and also backpackers who visited my country. So I enjoy helping people to organize their plan and coordinate everything to spend great moments in Cuba (transfer from/to the airport, transfer to different cities, book rooms in different cities, make a list of interesting places, offer information about exchange rate and more).

My goal is to always do the best I can and become a better human being. To start new projects like learning new languages, reading new books, and spending great moments with family and friends. Learning new skills about self-control is always a challenge.

My favorite films are Pretty woman, Dirty dance, Ghost, Matrix. I love cartoons cinema.
"The little prince" is one of my favorite books. "Alchemist" from Paulo Coelho, "Crime and Punishment" from Dostoevsky.
