I always try to read a books and watch movies about country (or a place) that i will visit, or country that i visited to have better understanding about history, social and political background, and things that i can't see in my short trips. Your recommendation is welcome, please!
Indonesia: if you want to come to Indonesia or just want to read indonesia literature, i recommend to read "This Earth of Mankind" (Buru Quartet)
