About Me

enjoy serendipity!

In Summer 2024 I moved from the city to a place a bit outside, in the viennese forest where I enjoy the garden and the nature around me and tinker around with an old house that's a never ending work in progress.

In the last decade I was living in Vienna and studying at the academy of fine arts vienna where I did my diploma in 2024. For some years I was founding and running a café bar in the 7th district with two friends. Now I am starting a new chapter in my life and begin to work and go to school in the field of social care with people with disabilities (in Vienna).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made some experiences traveling through iceland, spain and portugal as well as hosting in vienna. But I have not been using the platform in a while. Now I'm giving it a try again. I'm looking for people who are interested to stay in this special place that I'm taking care of for a few years already. I want to share the pleasures and also the effort that this place requires. I'm especially welcoming people who like to get their hands dirty, do some gardening or help with crafty skills. But also artists and queers who want to enjoy and contribute to a place combining nature and creativity, that hosts a big collection of equipment, tools, machines, materials as well as many books spanning many topics from organic gardening, permaculture, herbs and plants, sustainable living, ecologic building, art, crafts, queer live and theorie, literature and more.

Interests

Update pending. This is what I wrote a few years ago:

I'm interested in emancipatory practices. that could be theory, arts, bodywork, pedagogy, gardening, cooking, hiking, climbing, glitter

In 2008 I finished a school for sculpturing. For the last years I am a student at the academy of fine arts vienna, where I read fine arts and cultural studies. For the last year I've been working to create a new space in Vienna: LAZY LIFE* is open since May 2017. You can find it in Viennas seventh district in Burggasse 44 around the corner from the infamous Neubaugasse with its many shops.
*{the café is now called Café ROZA and run by different great people, absolutely still worth a visit!}
