Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Damla from Turkey. I’m a friendly, open-minded person who loves meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I enjoy traveling, exploring cities on foot, trying local food, and having meaningful conversations.
I’ve worked in hospitality, at Hotels Sector, so I know the value of cultural exchange and making people feel welcome. Friends describe me as positive, easygoing, and a good listener.
For me, Couchsurfing is about trust, kindness, and sharing experiences. I’m excited to meet new people, learn from them, and hopefully create great memories together!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I will be traveling with my girlfriend around the LA area, and we’re looking for a safe and trustworthy place to stay without spending a lot of money on accommodation. We see Couchsurfing as a great way to meet new people, share experiences, and connect with locals.
We are respectful and easygoing guests. Our main need is simply a place to sleep and shower while we explore the city during the day, but we’re also happy to spend time with our hosts and get to know them.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good conversations, stories from my travels, and insights about Turkish culture, traditions, and daily life. I love cooking, so I’d be happy to prepare a simple homemade meal or some Turkish coffee/tea if possible. I also enjoy exchanging music, books, and travel tips.
Above all, I can bring positive energy, respect for your home, and a genuine interest in getting to know you and your culture.
