ABOUT ME

i'm a happy person enjoying life, i love dancing and i'm very passionate about it, i like to travel and meet other people, i like helping others, i'm an IT freak, a salsa crack, a back-to-roots organic based cooking guy and a sports wacko (rock hill climbing, scuba diving and soon paragliding ;-) and did i mention that there's nothing better in the world i find more delicous than dark chocolate (70% :) and cookies covered with chocolate

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

ran outside during a very heavy, windy and extreme rainfall last summer, then standing there feeling the raindrops in my face, then jumped around like a kid who has never felt and seen the rain before, then hopped into the lake with all my clothes and shoes on and made a lot of weird happy noises shouting around and splashing water through the air like i have never done before, ... just because I felt like doing it, with no reason what so ever ...... wow was that FUN :-)))

i'm definitely doing that again *hahaha*

i have learned alot about slowing things down in our lives, its all about giving your years more life, instead of giving your life more years! i love slow-food, getting back to a "normal" speed in our fast-paced life :-)
