Teach, Learn, Share

I'm really into the Wim Hof method, so I'd love to share everything I've learned about it with you.
I'll do my best to teach you Spanish too (people say I'm pretty good at it).
I'm open to all kinds of ideas, as long as they respect basic freedoms.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help you learn Spanish, take care of some household chores, whip up some vegetarian dishes, and give you a massage (I’m a masseur). I can also show you some great stretches if you’re dealing with muscle pain.
