About Me

[EDIT 2]
It’s time for a new adventure! After spending 4 years in Pipa, Brazil, I’ve decided to fly across the Atlantic Ocean to explore life in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam, and hopefully make new friends along the way. I’d love to write this in Thai, but since the alphabet is completely different I cant. Maybe living there will help me learn it.

[EDIT]
Two years after interrupting my trip due to the pandemic (I had to escape Argentina), I'm back on Couchsurfing, this time to give back all the help I received that allowed me to travel for so long. Now, as a host, I can help you make your dreams come true too. I’m leaving the description as it was during my travels to remind myself of how wonderful everything was.

I was born in Rio Claro, São Paulo, Brazil, but I’m still searching for my place.

I was a drummer in a Metal/Hardcore band, worked in digital marketing, invented a mobile app, walked along the South African coast, and when I returned to Brazil, I had a surf hostel on the beach (Praia do Rosa, Santa Catarina).

I had a good life surrounded by nature, surfing every day, spending time with good people. Then a personal tragedy changed everything. I’ll share the details in person. Life can be short, youth doesn’t last forever, and health is the only thing that can stop us from realizing big dreams.

There’s no more time to waste planning or saving for the perfect moment so I decided to live life to the fullest before it’s too late.

I embarked on the biggest adventure of my life: a solo motorcycle journey for 3 years across the Americas, with Alaska and Ushuaia (Argentina) as my endpoints.

I’ve gone through a lot during this trip: broken bones, getting lost in the jungle for days, encountering the FARC (Colombian cartel), surfing with a gang in El Salvador, theta healing, ayahuasca, peyote, bufo, spiritual ceremonies in the forest, temazcales, working with indigenous people and farmers, and many other great stories I can tell you in person.

I live simply and with gratitude.

Tchau, até logo!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
