About Me
Hey there, couchsurfer! Please read important information about my home, it is in outskirts of Vienna, accessible by car or bus :)
Most probably I won’t spend time with you because I work 12 hours a day, also during the weekends, and after I only want to cry/sleep/both. For the same reason I never learned how to cook, additionally I have gluten and lactose intolerance, so the welcome dinner is not included. You can cook for yourself in the kitchen, but please clean after.
If you want to hang out in Vienna, there are dating apps for finding friends, too, I only hang out when I am on vacation (i.e. never). Please no requests for showing you around.

Hey there, I'm Dari, 24 y.o., originally from Siberia, and Austria is my Number 7 country of residence which cost me my mental health but also gave me an awesome experience! I lost myself many times, but of course I also visited amazing places, met thousands of different people, and felt all the experiences of living an alien in a new society. 5 years ago I opened Couchsurfing, and found out that there are so many people thriving to see the world just like me! This is truly inspiring. My hobbies are checking cheap flight tickets and trying to reduce the carbon trace by not going anywhere out of my institute except vacation destinations. That's why I live 3 min walk from work and spend there all my time!
Studies and research take the most of my daily life which I truly enjoy and adore, thus it leads me to some random passions instead of long-term hobbies. Hiking and cycling are must in my life, but I also like watching fashion shows and football which I do occasionally. I love making videos and photos, draw and write poems, but I never get time for anything so I ended up with laundry and groceries being my only hobbies.
Time for some (not)amusing facts:
- If you are funny +100 points because I am not so maybe with you we can have fun
- I do not like messages "hello sweety" etc, no cheap romance needed
- Pls do not request hangouts, I love the lab more than people and I hang out only abroad
- If you like to sing in the shower very early morning you are welcome to stay with me as I do so every day
- I love hiking so much please all hikers come to my house
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Why not? Couchsurfing is a brilliant chance to meet people from country you visit and to immerse into the culture, lifestyle and local flavour!
Hosting a foreigner is an amazing opportunity to hear real stories about life in another place, it is like a small trip staying at home.

Hiked the whole month in Switzerland waking up every day at 04:30 and falling dead to sleep at 10 p.m.
Teach, Learn, Share
Passionate about natural sciences, this year I've started my Ph.D (damn it is not easy). Very excited to learn languages, currently more focused on Italian and Danish but always happy to learn some phrases from locals in any language!
I can teach people how to make great pictures and I also I am known for ironing clothes perfectly so I even gave classes to some of my friends lol.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cool trip stories, deep talks and rough jokes :) I have recently started making a bucket list for both travels and hikes, so would be happy to share cools destinations, some of them I have visited and know some tips where to go. If we go out, I’d be happy to take pictures of you :)
