I'm a backpacker/nomad from Melbourne, Australia (although I don't have much of an accent) I've lived in Canada for 2 years, I've spent 2 months traveling in New Zealand, 1 and a half years backpacking through Latin America, 15 months in Europe, 15 months in East Asia and 3 months Couchsurfing across the U.S and really enjoyed my time doing so.

Now I'm currently backpacking through Turkey

I enjoy hiking, exploring new towns/cities and meeting locals and other travellers and hearing their stories. When I have a quiet, relaxing time to myself I like watching films/TV, reading books and playing video games.

I'm an easy-going, friendly and respectful guy. I like to learn about people and their cultures/interests. I'm a good listener but can also keep to myself if need be.

P.S I am very tall (200cm) but I can usually make do with smaller couches/beds as long as I can comfortably dangle my feet over the end

P.P.S I am fully vaccinated against Covid including 3rd and 4th booster shot

Saved a man's life in Mexico

Performed in an improvised musical

Swam with Hammerhead Sharks in the Galapagos and whale sharks and baby sharks in the Komodo Islands

Bicycle toured for 4 months and 5000km through Japan and Korea and also 3 months and 4000km through Central Europe

Saw pink dolphins and hunted for anacondas in the Amazon Rainforest (didn't see any unfortunately)

Bought and rode a Scooter for the first time for 3 months in Vietnam from South to North

Converted to Buddhism in South Korea

Camped 1 night in the Sahara desert and it rained!
