ABOUT ME

Living in a rural setting for the last six years has opened my eyes to see all sorts of beautiful things I wouldn't have bothered with before, like trees, clouds, and fields. I've also spent eleven years in cities with populations near to one million. Nearly dying at the age of thirteen has given me a different look in my youth upon life, its nature and brevity.

PHILOSOPHY

Hahaha. Where to start? Integrity weighs heavily upon me. I hope that my deeds will give credibility to my words and that my words will give clarity to my deeds. At the core of my philosophy is a respect for human life that comes from a belief in mankind's innate connection to their Creator. I'd love to share me, so ask me!

Interests

Fairy tales, good stories, and fine stationary have enthralled me for years now. Yes, I am also obsessed with good pens--they are hard to find. I've been pretty active physically for most of my life and really enjoy snowboarding, soccer, golf, and running. Oh, and I almost forgot, I really like people and having meaningful conversations with them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I grew up as a kid watching Star Wars and Jean-Claude van Damme-style action movies dubbed over in Russian. I'm a die-hard Coldplay fan, but enjoy and am interested in international folk rock stuff, alternative, and even some rap. I cut my teeth on the Chronicles of Narnia and Lord of the Rings and I continue to enjoy them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Originally from the US, I grew up in Kazakhstan shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union and went to Russian-speaking public school for five years as a kid.
