ABOUT ME

I know entirely too much about carseats, breastfeeding, and birth. Audiobooks = sanity. It takes me at least a half hour to wake up every morning. My swearing is not related to my Tourette Syndrome, but rather to my pirate heritage. The only shoes I wear are Doc Martens. I was that spoiled bitch who actually got the horse that was on her birthday wish list. I had three homebirths. I had a waterbirth. Smoking is freaking great, even if it stinks. Metallica rules. Hellboy is my teddy bear.

I am a full-time student at BSU and I live with my four teenagers. My younger children stay with their dad every other week, which is when I am able to host. My oldest son is 19 and lives with me full-time.

PHILOSOPHY

No matter what the waitress brings, I will drink it and always be full.

Music: Rock, pop. Movies: Don't get to see much, but I like a variety - zombie movies are fun, sci-fi is always good, action, foreign. Books: Game of Thrones, Stephen King, L.M. Bujold, Harry Potter, Barbara Kingsolver, Tabitha King, Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Malcolm Gladwell... too many more to list!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I destroyed a piano with the help of my best friend. We smashed it to pieces and then burned it. It was fantastic (not to mention cathartic!) I've done things even more amazing, but those are stories too long for this context. :)
