I was born and raised and Istanbul and moved to Utrecht in 2018. My latest occupation is trying to figure out what to do with the coming decades.

I am a socialist, feminist and activist for climate justice. Naturally into veganism (not a perfect vegan), conscious shopping and traveling and trying to do good in general. (Fun fact: Once I caused a CA shop to close early by chaining myself in front of it with my friends on a Black Friday evening.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love diversity. I am interested in people’s unique perspectives, interests, stories and different cultures. For me hosting is almost like a way of traveling without leaving my house. At the same time, I have a mostly-vacant room and I believe sharing is caring, and caring js cool :)

Interests

I am interested all things activism, but I also studied law and mastered in human rights (which is almost like a curse) and even though I don’t believe it will help us in this situation, I still find it super interesting.

I love nature; camping, trekking - especially if there is a waterbody around - and just sitting under the sun and trying to become a tree.
