ABOUT ME

Well, how do I start here..

My Name is Dennis and I live a few minutes away from the sixth biggest city of Germany, Stuttgart.

I'm a guy who wants to travel to as many places in the world as possible in order to meet many people and to get to know their culture.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to just drift along. You need to see the world and have your goals or else you'll be disappointed if you look back at your life when you're retired and don't really have the power to catch up on the things you didn't do when you were young.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Traveled through Canada for 4 weeks in July/August '14 using couchsurfing. I met so many awesome people and did stuff I probably wouldn't have done if I stayed at a hostel. Had probably the best 4 weeks of my life in Canada!

兴趣

I'm interested in many things. My favorite activity is to hang out and just talk to people since I'm really shy. Sometimes it's not easy to talk to me but I can assure you that I'm trying my best and with every nice conversation it becomes easier for me to talk to people :P
I'm also really interested in Sports. Mostly watching (especially soccer, hockey and american football) but also doing sports (soccer, gym, basketball, ...)
Another activity I love is supporting my favorite soccer team in almost every match they play. I have a seasons pass for the games at home and I love to visit the away games provided that I have the time and money to do that.
These were my favorite activities but of course there are many more things I enjoy. It's also easy to convince me to do activities that I'm generally not that interested in (like visiting an art museum for example)!

Music: I'm not that picky when it comes to Music but if I had choose favorite genres they'd be Minimal Techno, Drum & Bass and Psytrance.

I can prove you that german isn't as horrible as everyone thinks it is ;)
I can also explain the offside-rule in soccer which seems to be really hard to understand for all non-soccer watchers :p

I really need to learn how to cook. Like I'm the worst cook ever and i have to learn it if i want to survive in the future.
