My name is Puwata Deogratias. I have a physically Disability and move by an aid of a clutch. I am a Disability activist. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Kalangala Home for Children with Special Needs. I love spending my time empowering and counseling persons with Disabities especially those with HIV in Entebbe and Kalangala Uganda.
