About Me
Yello! Namaste! 🙏
A Little About Me: I’m Devendra—or just Dev for short! Originally from the vibrant city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, I’ve traded the colors of India for the cozy, lively vibe of Hannover, Germany. Couchsurfing isn’t just a free place to stay; it’s a way to connect with other curious souls, each bringing their unique story, laughter, and view of the world.
Curiosity is my compass in life. I’m the type of person who travels not only to see places but to understand them and maybe even understand a little more about myself along the way. I’m drawn to deep conversations, learning about different cultures, and finding those connections that make us all a bit more human. I see life as an outward and inward adventure. Traveling, meeting people, sharing laughs or serious talks—all of it feels like a way to learn and grow. I deeply appreciate people who are open, curious, and willing to embrace new experiences. If that’s you, we’ll have a blast!
I have a bunch of hobbies—reading, cinema, capturing moments through photography and filmmaking, strumming a bit on the guitar, making handmade jewelry, and doing DIY projects. And yes, I occasionally skateboard (though I’m far from a pro!).
One of my favorite things to do in any city is to wander without a set plan. So, if you like discovering places off the beaten path, we’ll probably get along great. Here in Hannover, I live in Linden—a lively area with some hidden gems that tourists often miss, and I'd love to show you around if you’re up for it.
What You Can Expect Staying Here: I like to keep things relaxed. My place is simple but cozy, and I ask that guests respect basic cleanliness and personal space. Other than that, I want you to feel at home and free to be yourself. Maybe we’ll cook a meal together or share a lazy morning tea. I do not like rigid schedules, so let’s go with the flow!
If You’d Like to Stay… Please reach out a week or two in advance. In your message, mention what part of my profile stood out to you, and let me know if there’s anything specific you’d like to do, see, or chat about while you’re here. I’m excited to meet travelers who are up for spontaneous adventures, easy-going conversations, and an authentic experience. Until we meet, safe travels, and keep that wanderlust alive!
If you got here this far, don't forget to add ''Yello!'' rather than Hello.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of my best Couchsurfing memories was hosting four travelers at once back in Jaipur! My place was filled with chatter and laughter, and we shared stories late into the night. It reminded me of why I love hosting—everyone brought unique energy, which was pure magic.
