Hello!

My name is Diana, I am 27 years old and I live in Breda with my boyfriend Joey. I have traveled a lot before I started my studies, and I have stayed on a lot of couches, which was great! Now that we have our appartment, we can finally host some people as well!

Joey and I are both travelers. We have both lived in Brazil together and traveled through Colombia. Furthermore Joey has lived in Ireland, and I have lived in New Zealand, The Czech Republic and Chile, and traveled around for a bit, I really miss it!

I'd say that we are pretty chill. If you want we can have some drinks, cook, talk, etc. whatever you feel like. Whenever I have time I'm happy to show you around the city or to go out. The most important thing is to have common sense. You can cook of course, but buy your own food and don't forget to clean, we're students!

Joey is a professional bartender and makes delicious cocktails and knows a lot about whisky, so if that interests you he is always willing to talk about it. I love music, talking about different cultures and well, the rest you might see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is an awesome way to meet other travelers, give a hand, get some help while on the road. It is so much easier traveling alone with Couchsurfing asl well. For me CS has helped a lot getting to know the local culture on a low budget, sharing more memorable moments than I could ever have had staying in a hotel.

Now that I am able to offer a couch I want to help other travelers a bit as well. I miss the traveling part of meeting new, interesting people all the time!

I like (kite)surfing, hiking, snowboarding, , motors and I'm open to learn new things! I love listening music, reading books or watching documentaries about unknown subjects and I like to always enjoy life to the fullest!

Joey is a bartender and loves whisky, cocktails, hospitality, and teaching other people about his passion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling 15.000 kilometers with a friend through mostly Argentina, and a bit through Chile to arrive home, in one month with only 100 euros. We hitchhiked almost everything.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have lived in various countries, backpacked through many places, and worked in lots of different areas. I could teach some Dutch, English or Spanish (I speak Portuguese, but teaching... not sure :) ), and give you travel advice for lots of continents!
