Art is one of my favorite excuses to travel and connect with people. I love discovering the local scene in each place: a small concert, theater, independent cinema, or a massive outdoor music festival where I can just lie on the lawn and enjoy the musical vibe with a beer in hand.

I'm a music lover, and for me, live music is a sensory experience more than just a fan label. I've been to memorable concerts with Roger Waters, Silvana Estrada, The War on Drugs, Cat Power, The Voidz, and Jack White, among many others. I still haven't seen Kings of Leon (I've tried twice, and the universe had other plans 😅), but that's only made me want to more. Isn't Caleb Followill so sexy and sensitive? Listen to his version of 'Hands to Myself' and tell me :) KOL's latest album is on my current playlist along with The War on Drugs; my favorite songs of theirs: 'Thinking of a Place' and 'I don't live here anymore'—hmm, beautiful.

Lately, I've also been listening albums like "Vendrán suaves lluvias" by Silvana Estrada, and along with "Femme Fatale" by Mon Laferte, it's highlighted that mix of sensitivity and feminine strength that always reminds me who I am.

I have a ritual with my BFF: some Saturdays we have karaoke night (sometimes online because I've been moving from city to city for years). I play guitar, we sing, and we end up talking about life, chosen solitude, or silly things we come up with to feel interesting.

I enjoy all kinds of movies :) and the conversations after a good film :) Memories of a Snail and Beautiful Boy deeply affected me. But I also love Wild, Captain Fantastic, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

In books, I've been alternating between conscious motherhood lately with Laura Gutman and the intense poetry of Pizarnik.

El arte es una de mis excusas favoritas para viajar y conectar con personas. Me encanta descubrir la escena local de cada lugar: un concierto pequeño, teatro, cine alternativo o un festival musical masivo al aire libre donde pueda simplemente tirarme en el pasto y disfrutar la vibra musical con una cerveza en la mano.

Soy melómana y para mí la música en vivo es una experiencia sensorial más que una etiqueta de fan. He vivido conciertos memorables con Roger Waters, Silvana Estrada, The War on Drugs, Cat Power, The Voidz y Jack White, entre muchos otros. En libros, alterno entre maternidad consciente ultimamente con Laura Gutman y la poesía intensa de la Pizarnik.

I'm a CBT psychotherapist with training in hypnosis and art therapy (which are among my favorite things).
