I'm on Couchsurfing because I love the idea of experiencing places through the eyes of locals. For me, traveling isn’t just about sightseeing—it’s about connecting with people, sharing cultures, and exchanging stories. Staying with locals or meeting up with them gives me a deeper understanding of the city and its unique vibe.

I also enjoy hosting and helping fellow travelers whenever I can. I believe that travel is more enriching when you’re open to meeting new people and embracing different ways of life. When traveling, I like listening to mellow tunes or local music that helps me connect with the vibe of the place. Some favorite artists include Arctic Monkeys, Tame Impala, and Bonobo. I also enjoy discovering new artists while on the road.

Movies:
I love watching movies that inspire wanderlust or offer a unique perspective on life. Some of my favorite films include Into the Wild, Shawshank Redemption, Forest Gump , the boy who striped pajamas and Children of heaven and More I also enjoy documentaries and Hollywood/kollywood films.

Books:
I’m a fan of travel literature, philosophy, and fiction. Some of my favorite books include On the Road by Jack Kerouac, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari. I also enjoy reading about different cultures and history to learn more about the world.
