Fond of computers since childhood and being a inquisitive guy, I fell in love with discovering computer vulnerabilities and fixing them. With the years this developed into a passion and no wonder I currently work as a security consultant in Edinburgh, UK.

2 years back, I received a prestigious scholarship to pursue my master’s education in the UK. Access to the diverse scholarship community broadened my outlook about the world. From road trips in the Scottish Highlands to hiking in Peak District, from spending a weekend at a British family to the royal invitation to meet Prince William and Kate Middleton at Kensington Palace, I learned more from the wonderful people that I met with than through classroom lectures. For the first time in my life, I not only realised why traveling is fulfilling but also understood the impact of meeting new people, hearing their stories, knowing their cultures, and sharing experiences. It remarkably broadened my outlook and shaped my perspective towards living a fulfilling life!

I learnt about couchsurfing from my present flatmate Karina who has been couchsurfing since 2010. I instantly fell in love with this awesome way to connect with people!
