About Me
***Been fully vaccinated since March, 2021***
Compatibility note: 2 dogs, one is huge, a pup, working with him to curb his enthusiasm in front of new people! Both friendly dogs though.
About me:
I was raised in Miami, Florida but have lived in many places. I've lived in St. Louis since 2013 (10 years) and bought my first house here. I have a job that keeps me busy, 100% remote/work-at-home.
I may be able to host. I am also busy with work and school so my hang out time may be limited.
I like to cook meals together or for one another and go out sometimes.
Also, I have 2 dogs now and it is very important to only let them out the back, not the front. They are good friendly dogs, so you must be okay with that!
One is a giant breed puppy. I lost my Boston Terrier last year.
I enjoy hosting with couchsurfing, looking for the true couchsurfing/hosting experience, lots of good times here, and the local Couchsurfing community is pretty good.
I was a national park ranger for several years in almost as many locations at mostly historical or biographical parks. I like museums, history, and getting out to see sights and explore in many places.
Parks volunteered at: Yorktown Battlefield, Virginia
Manassas Battlefield, Virginia
Cowpens Battlefield (Moo), South Carolina
Worked at: The National Mall, Washington, DC
Lincoln Birthplace, Kentucky
Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Park, Georgia
Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
and that's it
Having worked in Washington, DC for a year, got to experience a fast moving city where there's a lot to do all the time. Sometimes I like to get caught up in that, other times, I like to slow down and take it easy.
