I worked as an architectural assistant and maths tutor in the UK before coming to Japan. the rest of February and March I will spend snowboarding in Hokkaido and then I will travel around the rest of Japan. it is a place I have always wanted to visit - I am interested in it's cities, nature, society, film industry and traditional architecture. I (think!) I'm really easy going, friendly and helpful. I love a real adventure and discovering new things.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
to explore some amazing places and meet some lovely people to do this with. I want to learn about the world and see how other people live. to best understand a city or place, I think you have to try to experience it as a local would - couchsurfing means people can share the most beautiful things to see, the best places to eat and drink and the most special spots to go to.
