Now, I am not only writing about travels any more but lots of other topics. Traveling is still part of my life. Why I'm on Couchsurfing

Oh, I am really interested in all three of them: Teaching, learning and sharing. And I think it´s not important what you do but how you do it - with love.
My Interests
Especially, when you are moving so much, have a job full of surprises and no real every day life like me, regularity and healthy habits are key. I love to do Yoga (travel with my yoga mat .. and my Uke, but I am not an expert in the latter :D), meditate (Vipassana), don´t drink alc, eat healthy, and love to spend my time in good company. I love to laugh, to share stories, to cook and eat great food, I do read a lot, podcast-olic and love to be in nature, work in the garden, do hikes, just wander around or sit on the beach listening to the oceans.
