Looking for a good time :)

I am a work hard/play hard kind of gal, and love to spend my time off enjoying events/music/festivals with cool company, appreciating peaceful moments on forest hikes and at the beach, and tasting delicious food with ingredients I've never seen or heard of before.

I'm 50% 🇵🇹 and 50% 🇺🇸 but was born and grew up in Lisbon, Portugal.

I think one of my favourite parts of solo travelling, is that feeling of being on a bustling city avenue, surrounded by street signs and voices in a foreign language. I know where I am and where I need to go, but have no clue how to get there - and so the adrenaline kicks in and the fun begins. New sights and smells every step of the way. Anything could happen - that's why it's so thrilling!

I am a thoughtful and respectful guest, good company and make a point to contribute positively to any household I stay in.

One of my recent interests includes ecology and permaculture. I'm reading a book on botany and have been doing research on plant species. I'm not super knowledgeable seeing as it is a new endeavour. Do you have any insights on this topic? Shoot me a message so we can talk about it!!

I find life to be very amusing, especially when, out of the blue, the universe finds unexpected ways of placing incredible experiences and people in our path.
Little secret about me: When I get really excited about something (happens often tbh) I do a little dance!

I was volunteering in Peru when the pandemic started... Borders closed, I was 17 and alone, stuck on another continent, across the Atlantic ocean for a month, until a repatriation mission took me back to Portugal 😆
