Overview
About Me
A spiritual Traveller, Passionate Learner and Music lover.
"Travel is not always about movement. Sometimes, it's about stillness in a new place."
(This resonates deeply with me, as some of my most powerful experiences came from simply sitting silently in temples , forests and listening to elders speak.)
I’ve had the rare and beautiful opportunity to live and learn in Gurukulams—traditional spiritual schools—across India. My path has taken me through the sacred spaces of Rajasthan (Ajmer), Gujarat (sabarkantha) Karnataka, and Tiruvannamalai Raman Ashrama, Tamil Nadu where I studied ancient Indian scriptures and immersed myself in spiritual life.
Throughout this journey, I’ve met many saints, sages, and deeply spiritual people whose wisdom and simplicity left a lasting impact on me. Over the years, I’ve come across nearly all of India, staying in remote villages, temple towns, forests and cities. Each state amazed me with its unique flavor—its language, food, dress and traditions. Meeting people from such diverse backgrounds has been one of the most enriching parts of my life.
Many of them have become very close friends—like extended family. I feel truly blessed to have their presence, love and wisdom in my life. These connections are the real treasures I carry from my travels.
Every state in India has gifted me something new: a different dialect, a new flavor, a way of life, a song or a heartfelt smile. What amazes me most is the unity within all this diversity. It’s humbling and inspiring.
I believe Couchsurfing is a beautiful way to continue this journey—meeting new people, exchanging stories and creating meaningful connections across borders.
I love sharing experiences, learning from others and exploring the deeper layers of life. Whether through conversation, cultural exchange or a shared meal, I believe every human connection is an opportunity to grow, flourish and to develop ourselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I feel this is the platform of a true spirit of Vasudha eva kutumbakam.
To explore myself more ....
I feel by My heart this whole world is a family and we all connected somewhere in some manner. Travelling around the globe, meeting people of diverse places, come across wide culture, dresses and food and living the life of that place is really amazing 🤩.
Spreading love, kindness ,company and happiness being with them is another wonderful feeling.
Couchsurfing is not about only staying or enjoying food but diversified experience to cherish for life with lovely conversations and exchanging experiences. Sometime people use it as a dating app, offering indecent proposals without knowing it may hurt someone.
I expect the fellow CS to respect the spirit of couchsurfing.
A Fun Travel Memory:-
While walking through a small temple town in Tamil Nadu, I was invited by a priest’s family for a meal. I ended up staying there for three days, joining their morning rituals, did their household chores learning how to make filter coffee, cooked meals together, trekked Arunachalam and laughing through language barriers. When I left, they said, "Come back as our daughter, not as a guest." Even still they call me up to come and meet them. That’s the kind of love that leaves you speechless.
"In every heart that welcomes you, you find a new home."
This quote has proven true for me, time and again. India’s spiritual journey is vast but it’s the people—humble, wise and open-hearted—who make it truly unforgettable.
