embracing the absurd, and letting life take me on a journey
I graduated from Brown University in 2010 with a B.A. in psychology. I then moved to Berlin, Germany and Glasgow, Scotland for three years. I'm now finally back in the States, and will be pursuing a master's degree in social work at the University of Washington in Seattle!
When I'm not with my friends, I like to read books (mainly philosophy), walk, cook, explore the city, listen to music, make art, go to art galleries, socialize, and hang out in parks enjoying nice weather.
It's always nice to meet new people and hear their stories. I'm always happy to meet with someone for coffee or drinks and show them around to all my favorite hangouts!

I believe it's important to embrace the absurd -- when you do this, life can take you in unexpected directions. Always have an open mind!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I participated a lot in Berlin with CS gatherings, and my friends and I have also hosted a few people back in the States!
I've met some fantastic, interesting people through this website, and have had amazing experiences as a result! I'm very happy that I discovered CS.
I'm very passionate about social advocacy! It's the reason why I'm studying social work! Other than that, I really enjoy painting, reading, writing, baking, going to concerts and art galleries, speaking German, philosophy, etc.
