Hello people and welcome to my profile.
My name is Andrew, I host couchsurfers and from time to time I also become one myself.

I live in a flat share with 6 other lovely people and my beautifull dog.
If you need an overnight stay, then you are usually right with us. We are pretty open minded people and like to spend time together, but no worrys, you don't have to spend every single minute with us. :P
We have in the living room a large couch and also a small guest bed, so we can host max 2 Surfers.

Our city is not verry big and more of an average german town. But besides a beautifull landscape (Lots of fields, woods and many lakes around here) we also have to offer our local beer, called "Pfungstädter". The next bigger town is Darmstadt, which is only 10km away. You can reach it verry fast by train, bus or simply by bike. If i have time, we can take the bikes and I show you around.

Whenever I have time, I love to spend it either with my Dog, my roomies or by doing sports. I've been playing Basketball for more than 25 years and I still do. But I am open for pretty much every sport. The last couple of years I discovered bike tours for me. So at the moment I kind of get to know Germany from a different view, using the bike and doing couch surfing to get to know new people.

If you like spicy food, we also got something special for you, since we have a greenhouse full of home made chilIies. :)

We like to host people from all over the world and get to know different cultures.
Wir nehmen aber auch jederzeit Deutsche bei uns auf, du brauchst also nicht aus dem Ausland zu kommen um einen gemütlichen Abend mit uns zu verbringen :P
I don't like hotels and I don't like to travel like a tourist. I prefer to not be alone in the evening and get to know interesting people. Sit together, have a beer and a talk. Perfect! :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Beeing on a 100km bike-ride and 20km bevor I got to my destination, for somehow they cancelt my room (AirBnB). So I wrote someone on Courchsurfing.com and 1 Hour later I arrived at there place. Had a beautifull evening with two lovely people!

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

Our Flat can host two surfers, offering them either Sofas or Air Matrass. We are 6 people in our flat share, sharing 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. So cooking or taking a shower is almost all the time possible ;)
