Overview
About Me
I'm a fairly quiet guy from the Pacific North-West living in Toronto. Vocationally I'm a documentary photographer and that means a lot to me. The ocean also means a lot to me. I miss it a lot.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am a photographer and travel a lot. I love connecting with people wherever I am. Getting a sense of place from locals is super important to my work and I love meeting and talking to new people. I've found the best way to learn anything is to ask someone.
Learning from people is one of my greatest pleasures; it doesn't matter if it's how to fold a fitted sheet properly (why is this so hard?) or the history of someone's neighbourhood, I eat it up. As a photojournalist, I live to share stories.
Interests
I'm really into sharing ideas and getting a bit esoteric, maybe beers are involved.

- literature

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a die hard pop-punk fan, and I have accepted that.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I nearly died, like more than once (once more than once). I'm really lucky.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a photographer and would be super into sharing any of those skills with anyone interested. If photography were proselytizing I would definitely sign up to be a missionary.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can take care of any home photography needs you may have. Pets, I can do. Kids, easy. That vase your aunt gave you and you desperately want to throw out but can't seem to bring yourself to do it because it just meant so much to her, yeah, I can document that too.
