About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Have fun in Boston

PHILOSOPHY

My ideology evolves overtime when I meet new people or when I am exposed to a new environment. It's the way it should be. You learn more from other people and realize how little you know.

When I go on vacation/travel around, I take very few photos because to me what counts is not how many museums you have been to or how man countries you have visited. It's important that you enjoy your interaction with whatever you deem worth taking a picture of.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CS is a brilliant idea for people who are interested in traveling and meeting new people. it's amazing to think that you are welcome to come visit anywhere in the world because you belong to this community. As a college student, it's very difficult for me to travel places considering the amount of loan I have in order to afford my education. CS encourages the idea of opening up your mind to integrate with people from all around the world.

On that note, I believe that it's okay if you don't have the logistics to host people. But if someone contacts you, make them feel welcome and try your best to help.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I registered quite a while ago and heard really good things about Couchsurfing. My college friends said they met the nicest hosts ever and their experience was great overall.
I'll update this section when I have had my first couch surfing experience.

Interests

I love learning languages and I learn with passion. With English, it's the accents that intrigue me. East Coast, South, California, Boston, Queens, the Bronx, British, Irish, Australian, Indian, South African, Eastern European, French, German, Chinese, ... It's just fascinating to understand why people pronounce things certain ways and learn to appreciate the differences.

I love the nasal Jewish accent of Fran Drescher in "The Nanny". Sexiest voice ever.

My favorite sport is squash. I've made so many friends at the college just from offering teaching them how to play squash. It's an amazing sport and if you don't know how to play and never tried it before, I'd love to introduce you to the most amazing game ever.

Favorite beer: Guinness.

Music, Movies, and Books

French music is wicked cool, just because of the pronunciation. I could compose a very long list of French/Canadian artists that I'd leave it up to you to ask me.

John Mayer and his mellow songs really got me. I listen to John Mayer when I do programming, when I read and when I sleep.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Contemplated the chateau de Versailles and its amazing garden and artworks.

Teach, Learn, Share

Try Docker's slim/straight fit instead of wearing the baggy classic fit pants. You'd realize how stunning you can look.

If you want to make a website for yourself and your computer skills are not satisfactory, try using iWeb or Joomla!
