I joined this site a few years ago. Beforehand, I would stay in hostels with other travelers and found I didn't learn too much about the place I was visiting when doing this. My experiences staying with people so far have been amazing. I want to see the real lives of people, not a hotel room!

I like too many things to name, but I'm a connoisseur of bizarre things, be it food, art, music or film. While in a country, I'll attempt to visit historical places, try the most traditional food I can, see a performance, observe the art, mingle with the people and try the various means of transport, be it a jeepnee, tuk tuk, rickshaw, or camel!
