Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm only surfing. As a surfer I want to meet new people and share my experiences with them. In the future, I want to give back to the couchsurfing community and become a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Meeting new people and visiting places that I would not discover or go to on my own.

Interests

Reading books and National Geographic magazines. Friends, beer, good movies, bad movies, hiking, backpacking, biking (bicycle and motorcycle), museums, national parks, woods, mountains, lightning, good times.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read historic or traveling books, like Bill Bryson's A Walk in the Woods. Sometimes non-fiction too - Jurassic Park. Pretty much listen to every type of music, as of late, I prefer Symphonic Metal, Classical and Folk music. Movies, it all depends on my mood - good acting always is a plus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Planned and prepared for a road trip in two days. Experienced what should have been a month long trip in 2 weeks.

The road trip was a few years ago....more recently I hiked 800 miles of the Appalachian Trail.
