Hey :) 👋 I’m Edda, originally from Germany and just travelled together with a friend from currently traveling from Germany to Japan by land. Now I am backpacking through Japan on my own and I am so excited to meet new people along the way!

I studied Psychology and Politics in Utrecht, Netherlands, and now I’m doing my Master’s in Forensic Psychology. I love long conversations, debating any topic, and learning about different perspectives. I’m especially passionate about psychology, education, and of course — food! I’m vegetarian and I love to cook and eat all sorts of food!

Travel has always been a dream of mine, and I really enjoy connecting with people I’d never meet otherwise. Whether it’s sharing stories, cooking something together, or exploring a place with locals, I’m always curious and happy to join.

As a guest I’m respectful, tidy, and easygoing. I’m grateful for any bit of hospitality and happy to contribute in return — whether that’s with company, help, or cooking.
