Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Breaking stereotypes about U.S. Americans, one Couchsurfer at a time. I've hosted people from places as diverse as São Paulo, Paris, and Mecca. I've surfed in Montreal, Mexico City, Ljubljana, Trieste, Bucharest, Yerevan, Chisinau, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, São Paulo, and Minsk.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Got lost in the Omani desert. Drank too many caipirinhas in Rio de Janeiro. Danced Bhangra on a rooftop in New Delhi. Spent a whole night picnicking in front of the Eiffel Tower. Watched polo with a headless goat carcass in Tajikistan. Paraglided off of the Himalayas in Nepal. Climbed the Temple of the Moon in Teotihuacan outside of Mexico City. Crashed a 3000-person wedding in a village in Macedonia. Strolled along the Bund in Shanghai. Learned to live in New York City.
