Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going on a trip for 5 months. I plan to constantly move around Asia, starting with Thailand. I'm interested in the culture of Asia. Hotels swept aside once and couchsurfing - is the ability to quickly find housing, wherever I went, and there to meet new people, see how they live.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read. I was impressed by Irving Stone's book "Sailor on Horseback". It's biography of Jack London. The book "Martin Eden" can be considered as autobiography of Jack London.
The book "Shantaram" gave me a view of the oriental culture, despite the fact that I has never been abroad.
