From a small Idahoan town in the USA, but currently living in Salzburg, Austria to do some adventuring while I take a year off of studying. Stay honest, curious, open.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

First discovered Couchsurfing through the weekly meetings here in Salzburg, and it was there that I also met some seriously amazing people.

I love the mountains and most kinds of outdoor sports-- hiking, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, running, you name it.

A trip to a foreign (or local, who am I kidding) grocery store can be all-afternoon event. I love to cook! (Or forgo the main meal and just try all of the unfamiliar candies instead).

Keen on learning about history and traditions of the places I visit, but when it comes down to it more of a science type . Other than that-- puns, people, pizza, puppies... and alliteration?

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

English is my first language but I am also fluent in Spanish, so I would happy be help with either of those languages. I'm trying to learn German, so any practice would be great for me!

I love talking about history, hearing other's viewpoints on current events, exchanging funny stories.
