ABOUT ME

It's difficult to describe yourself in a few words. But to make it easier, friends have created a new word to describe me: 'iesig' ;) Let's say it means 'very energetic, totally chaotic, always late, usually in a happy mood and always in for something exciting'. These are some extremes, ofcourse I can be quiet and serious too ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Totally in love with couchsurfing!
We've already hosted lots of couchsurfers at our place; a nice appartment in the center of Antwerp. 'We' = me and my roomies! Check out our profile (link: see Couch Info) if you want to find out more about us.

Update: I've moved to another appartement since June 2012. Hosting people at this place is quite difficult, that's why at the moment I'll be only available for meeting up :( But I hope this will change again in the future!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

3 weeks in Poland, together with my friend Wim. We really loved the seeing-the-country-from-another-perspective thing that Couchsurfing can offer you :) What we also liked a lot, is the fact that couchsurfers automatically are openminded / travelminded / worldloving people. So then it almost certainly can't go wrong anymore ;)

Together with my friend Ira, I've also visited 2 of our couchsurfers in Rotterdam. Fun for sure! &In the future, we are planning to visit more of them!

兴趣

- music, it inspires me and has an extremely high influence on my mood =)
- animals and our environment. it makes me angry to see how mankind is ruining the planet, and to realize that I'm being a part of it :)
- singing, drawing, belly dance, travelling (ofcourse ;p), exploring other cultures, EATING haha, my two brothers (they mean everything to me) and closest friends :), weird parties, chilling on unusual places,...

+ One day, I really want to learn Russian and Chinese :)
