ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Elsa, but everybody calls me Mei. Right now I live in London. I work, and in my free time, I study social education in a long distance university. Also, I try to travel all I can, discover new places and meet new people. And of course, keep learning new things!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I made a volunteer service in Brussels for a year, and then I was a tutor for new volunteer who came to my hometown to parcitipate in an EVS project, so I was helping them in anything they might need. Because of that, I've met people from a lot of different places, so is another way to discover new cultures, and making new friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Norway (Tromsø and Oslo) and stayed with some Couch Surfers. They helped us a lot, and it was great to spend time with such a nice, interesting and funny people! I also travelled to Paris a few summers ago, and I stayed with some CS as well. Sometimes, the couch you sleep in is not the best, but the experience definetely is!! So much fun, and interesting people on the way. I really like this way of travelling because it gives you a different chance to meet new people and discover the place you're going to visit. I can't host at the moment, but I can be your 'guide' if you're coming nearby!

兴趣

I really love traveling and discovering new places and cultures, meeting new and interesting people. I'm so interested in social activism, like ecology, feminism, human rights, and differencies between cultures. I think it's so interesting.
I also love music and going to gigs (music's life!) books, science and films.
