Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I want to meet people who share the same passion for exploring that I have. Every person I've met through here has been an absolute wonder.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love all music, some books, and a few movies. My favourite film is Forrest Gump. When the movie network had it on repeat for a few days I may have watched it more than 5 times. He just keeps on keeping on, which I think is pretty ace. Some current musical favourites include: Royal Canoe, HIGHS, Tribe Called Red, The RAA, and Ratatat
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I cycled from Victoria, BC to Sintaluta, SK over a month and a bit with my best friend in the world, Jess. It was a magical experience that we continued by car to the northern reaches of MB, QC and NL.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a few outdoor sports such as archery, rock climbing, and canoeing. Not many of those pack down well, but usually wherever I'm living I can do at least one of those. Also I'm a dab hand at fire building!
What I Can Share With Hosts
A whole bunch of recipes! Not to mention a usually have a book or two I'd be willing to pass on.
