Hi there!
I'm Emily and I am so excited to be apart of this community! I am a full time student, full time animal lover, full time lover of life with dreams of traveling the world. I spend my free time practicing yoga , meditating (I practice transcendental meditation), riding bikes, walking EVERYWHERE, hiking, camping, swimming, running, reading, writing, and cooking delicious vegan food. I am truly grateful for the life I live and my goal in life is to not take one second for granted and spread as much loving kindness to every living creature, human or otherwise, as I possibly can. I love meeting new people, sharing stories, learning about new cultures, mindsets, ideas, and of course visiting and exploring new places.

I love to travel and I love meeting new people. Exploring is always more fun with a buddy and I always appreciate learning about a new place from a local. I've learned so much by doing this and I feel like I experience each place that I visit in a completely different way than if I was just wandering about on my own. In the short time I've been on couchsurfer I've made some absolutely amazing friends that I never would have met otherwise. I love the sense of community and I hope that one day I can open my home up to travelers as well.
