We are a couple of travellers. We met on a yacht 9 years ago. We think it was the enormous joy of life that brought us together. Chris always says: "Every day with Emily is an adventure" :)

PHILOSOPHY

We're trying to see something magical and special in every place, in every piece of art and in every human being. For us, the world is a miracle and we want to experience it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We traveled with couch-surfing in Finland, UK, Norway and Czech Republic. Every host was great, helpful and interesting, we had a lovely time with everyone!

We've hosted couch-surfers a few times. Showing them our lovely city was really a wonderful experience!

Art history, films, literature, cuisine (Emily's on gluten-free diet), hitch-hiking, sailing, dancing, languages, cultural differences, hiking in the mountains...learning new things and meeting new people!

Emily likes the classics: old movies, jazz, good books written by Nobelists.

Chris likes the good action movies, rock music and books about travelling, especially the reportages by Kapuscinski.

If you ever come to Wrocław Emily could show you the city and its Art, she can be your guide in the Museums and Galleries.

We would like to learn more about different cultures and Emily wishes she could exchange her cooking experience with people around the world.
