About Me
I'm a pharmacist and a scientist by profession. I love to travel and to go around the city. I'm a foodie and I love to write and take pictures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to surf using CS. I have met a lot of new friends because of this app. I believe that CS unites all people through camaraderie and friendships.
I also host depending on my schedule. Most of the time, I spend the weekends accompanying my guests in famous landmarks in my country. I take time to show them around the city. I also take them to hidden gems and good restaurants. I really appreciate someone reading my profile. Before you request, make sure you put a hashtag in your personalized message - #thetennisfoodie. I also don't like generic or copy paste messages. Please make an effort to request.
Interests
I love to bake and cook. I also love to play tennis and a little bit of football, badminton and archery. I usually play tennis once or twice a week especially during holidays. My favorite surface would be clay and hardcourts.

I'm a bookworm. Some of my favorite books include The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, Divergent, The Alchemist and Harry Potter.
I also like watching movies and TV series if I have spare time. Currently, I'm fond of watching Pretty Little Liars, Game of Thrones, Vikings, 2 Broke Girls, Stalker, Glee, Grey's Anatomy, Jane the Virgin, How to Get Away with Murder, The Girlfriends Guide to Divorce, Gossip Girl, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There’s so many amazing things I have done so it’s more than one.
Able to travel and see a lot of cultures & happy people in the Asia-Pacific and European region. Participated in World Youth Day 2008 in Sydney, Australia. I saw 3 Popes: Pope John Paul II (1995 WYD Manila), Pope Benedict XVI (2008 WYD Sydney), Pope Francis (2015 Manila)
I also met Tomáš Berdych (ATP #4 - career high rank) last 2014 during the 1st IPTL. I interviewed him during the 1st H&M store opening in SM Makati. It was an amazing experience. He is one of my favorite tennis players. I got a signed Roger Federer t-shirt which is cool and also some signed tennis items from Ana Ivanovic, Sorana Cirstea and Caroline Wozniacki.
I was able to play on all surfaces in tennis. My favorites are clay and grass.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy teaching and sharing what I know. I'm a very cool teacher. I taught Catechism during my highschool days. I also did a part time job previously in a language center where I taught English and Chemistry to Korean children.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer my knowledge, my genuine smile and of course a small token of appreciation after the CS experience. I always make sure I have a gift to my hosts as a token of appreciation.
