I love new experiences, trying new things, traveling, learning, living! I also like to have quiet time by myself, read a good book, or write in a cafe (preferably a new cafe). I love people but I'm usually somewhat reserved.

Backpacking! Laughing at black humor! Cooking spicy foods. Problem solving. Wandering around a new city (or rediscovering a city I live in), meeting interesting people, making pancakes, working on projects with people, helping people with hands-on tasks. Biking. Gardening.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Taking the train in San Francisco near Balboa BART I saw light coming through a big concrete window opening and the angle was just right and it blew my mind. Looking out over the dry desert valley floor from an 11,000 foot peak in Nevada while standing in snow made me feel elated (several times). Being alone for 4 weeks while biking from Paris to Perpignan in France made me feel incredibly lonely but incredibly alive. I think I'm really turned on by a beautiful landscape.
