Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Earth is too big to see it all in a lifetime. When you can't travel, CS can still bring you a little closer to that goal by letting the world come to you instead.
Interests
My life revolves around the following, in no particular order of importance:
- Working as a software engineer in cyber security
- Playing the piano, the cello and the drums
- Being a robotics and electronics DIY enthusiast
- Hanging out with my french, argentine and CS friends here in Paris
- Going to (lots of) concerts and restaurants
- Travelling, although not currently doing it as much as I'd want
- Learning mandarin chinese
- My 2 cats Merlé and Juliet

Music, Movies, and Books
Pulp Fiction is my all-time favorite movie in the world.
The Office, Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm are my all-time favorites tv comedy shows.
Ren and Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life are to this day cartoon shows I still watch, as I grew up as a nickelodeon kid in the 90s.
I have an ridiculously broad musical taste that goes from metal to classical to alt. rock to oriental, all sorts of electronic music and plenty of female vocalists and everything in between.
This doesn't mean I listen to crap music although that's still entirely subjective.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Win an improvised Super Nintendo Bomberman tournament in a random bar in Osaka much to the surprise of the local japanese attendance. Their faces were priceless.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can't hide my somewhat nerdy background. Both hosts and surfers have at some point taken advantage of my geeky knowledge. No, I'm not your IT guy (please don't ask me to fix your printer) but I can sure get you up to speed into the latest and greatest when it comes to tech-related stuff. I make software for a living so you get the idea.
Forget all that, maybe I can teach you some spanish or french ?
What I Can Share with Hosts
Anything from a walk around the city, making dinner to playing music together or teaching you a foreign language.
Weekends are best because I am extremely busy on weekdays.
