To follow the path of love and light inside me that speaks so subtely and brilliantly as I listen initently everyday. To become educated in 3 or more languages fluently . Also to become immersed in kriya meditation and yoga everyday in everyway.

ABOUT ME

Here it goes : I was raised in the South East part of the United States. It was a place of great challenges and absolutely remarkable experiences in growth and open mindedness. I truly believe every single moment in life can be AMAZING if we step out of our egos and just be. I love nature and the preservation of our Mother Earth and the healing of our internal selves. I am always evolving and learning to accept and enjoy change because it is the spice of life. I love all cultures and backgrounds centered in the love and light of Spirit. I believe that I am an ever eternal soul piece of God that has the potential to transmute old Karma and become my God self more and more every moment I am open.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved 2,000 miles away to Sedona, Arizona a place I have never laid my eyes on in this lifetime. I just packed my car up after spending my whole life in rural Tennessee with my mother and sister. It was an adventure of trust and faith along with great change and the will to listen to Spirit. I am listening! :)

I am skilled in energy movement and healing like massage and Reiki. As well as have an intense connection with chakra healing. I have always been a Spiritual counselor and appreciate listening and being silent. I love to share kriya meditation and yoga hatha,kundalini, and ashtanga. I know how to farm and cultivate the land with love and prayer.
