Hello! My name is Esther Blaauwwiekel, 27 years old and I'm from Groningen, the Netherlands. I love travelling, especially in Africa, writing, photography and all types of human art.

One of the best parts of travelling is meeting and learning from other people. I stayed and travelled through Southern Africa for the fourth time in 2017 and hope to return early 2019 to travel from Capetown to Cairo.

Right now, I'm back home in Groningen the Netherlands, always excited to meet people and show them around!

Favourite music is hard to choose, but I love soul music. Anything from Ray Charles and Prince to Etta James and Erykah Badu. Next to that I am also very much into rap music from Nas, Jay-Z and 2pac. I obviously also love Beyoncé....

Favourite movies/ series:
Obviously the usual Game of Thrones, Narcos and Breaking bad. I never stop laughing while watching Modern Family and New Girl and my favourite movie is anything from Q. Tarantino. Whiplash is also on the list!
