ABOUT ME

Sometimes wonder If I was South American in a former life as I am a sucker for all their music, and the rhythm makes me sooo happy! :) But my philosophies are largely Eastern, with a splattering of Native American teachings.

A dreamer and a doer! Am always willing to leap into unexplored territory, just to dip my toes into the beautiful mystery and magic of what's out there. Everywhere, there is something incredible waiting to be known.

I adore most animals, wild life and occasionally dressing up as a panda with wings. I've been a vegetarian for over 12 years now. Though my mouth still waters (close your eyes veggie folk) when I smell a sizzling tender steak, after living next to a cow abattoir during university, I heard their echoing screams nightly. I went to take a peek at what was causing such a screech. Have you ever looked a cow eye to eye and watched helpless as they cry with misery? It made me rethink on the spot my pleasure of eating these cute eyed fellows or infact any other creature.

I totally believe it is possible to make a difference if we each do a little bit, have witnessed the reverberating effects of small doings creating sublime changes.

Happy to lie on the grass gazing at hazy clouds or take part in a tribal dance, wearing mock leopard skin and ear muffs.

Feeling blessed at life's gift and though the journey is bumpy, learning to love this ride!

CS inspired me to write again and I started 'Safari Minds' - a CS writing club, with the mission of pushing creativity out on every level possible. Those 'Safari Minds' mean the world to me and are still my best friends today, thanks to Couch Surfing giving me the opportunity to befriend such unique and talented beings!

Human beings have this incredible ability to teach one another to evolve, knowingly or unknowingly and tap into a pool of higher potential.

CS is about taking that journey.

Its easy to love those close to you, but learning to genuinely give love to all beings and life is a blossoming journey.

I can teach you how to cook up vegetarian and vegan dishes, am passionate about quality veg cuisine! Can also teach and share about healing, naturopathic nutrition, astrology, numerology, feng shui, super foods, making chemical free products (deodorant, cleaning items, laundry detergent), chi, chakras, EFT.
