CURRENT MISSION I want to grow as a person, and experience life to the fullest in order to do so. ABOUT ME You'll find me well mannered, polite and generally sincere. I like the idea that everyone has something to offer and you can learn from anyone/everyone. Each time I travel, I find myself enjoying more the people I meet and the less-well-known places I get to explore. As long as I have a backpack, my camera, some music and some food, I'm happy to go anywhere and everywhere. Some of the most humbling, enjoyable experiences I've had are hearing peoples' stories, about themselves - tell me your story! After having spent the last few years studying full-time (yet again), I'm ready for a change of scenery, some new challenges and fresh experiences. Perhaps I'll stay travelling for quite some time... PHILOSOPHY Don't just look - observe. Don't just swallow - taste. Don't just sleep - dream. Don't just think - feel. Don't just exist - LIVE.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I used Couchsurfing whilst driving around the United States - it made the experience ten times more invaluable. I hosted a friend from England as well in my house in Melbourne. Otherwise I appreciate the generosity and hospitality of those kind enough to share their home or knowledge of an area with me. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE To date, a few in the states. My first experience, fondly enough, was with Shauna Spencer in Richmond, Virginia. Epic first experience where I got to hang with her for three days, go to some bars, hang out with her room mates and have a great, chilled out time.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like to take the time to try and appreciate all music, but preferences run in Classical, Electronic (particularly good Techno, House, Psytrance and all else in between) and grooviness of all kinds. Movies I don't watch a lot of, but 'Into the Wild' has always stuck with me... As for books, I suppose a few have been particularly influential recently - most notably "Super Brain" by Deepak Chopra and Rudolph E. Tanzi, "Countdown to Coherence" by Hazel Courtney and "The Art of Happiness" by Dalai Lama and Howard Cutler.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Hate to be cliche, but I opened my eyes, ears, nose and begun to feel the world around me. So far, it has been incredible...
Teach, Learn, Share
Be open minded and abstain from as much judgement as possible, as it may just hold you back from learning something new or gaining greater insight. Listen to the opinions and perspectives of others, so to gain a greater perspective of the world around you. What I Can Share With Hosts
My own life experiences, my skills (developed in some areas, limited in others, NATURALLY) and whatever I can offer for their benefit. I'm also a keen photographer - let us somehow
My Interests
Exercising, in particular Resistance training, Olympic lifting and general functionality pertaining to biomechanics - in short, I love figuring out how the body works (hence the degree in Osteopathy). I love life. I've had my share of obstacles and challenges, and having overcome a lot of them, my passion for living and experiencing seems to grow more and more. Pretty much anything and everything - the world is an amazing, fascinating place. Stimulating conversations should be in here too, since they can be hard to find a lot of the time.
