Hello everyone! My name is Eva, I'm 22 years old and I live in Bologna, where I'm studying for my Maths degree.
The part I like the most about traveling is getting to know other people. I especially loved my experience with couchsurfing because the places I visited were all so enriched by other people's stories so that I saw not only how beautiful a place was but also how meaningful it was to some people. So if I come to you as a guest, just know that I would love to spend some time hanging out together, but if you are busy don't worry, I also like to wander alone.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Coming from Sicily, I see tourists doing their carefree holidays in our beautiful beaches while many locals struggle with water shortage. Many of them see Sicily as an amusement park.
And studying in Bologna, I see rent always becoming higher because all properties are being given to rich tourists and I see people having to move away 'cause of the unsustainable prices.
I love to travel but I don't want to be part of that process. And to me it seems that couchsurfing is the most respectful way to travel.
Also, I love meeting new people and Couchsurfing's community is made of generous, free-spirited, amazing people. :)
