About Me
Please note: If you intend to stay at my house, kindly confirm again at least 2 days beforehand whether you still plan to stay, so I can prepare accordingly. Thank you.
I studied English teaching at university and currently work as the Lead Translator for an international company, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (sometimes overtime).
Since 2017, I have been traveling frequently, both in Indonesia and abroad. I love exploring new places, getting lost, discovering hidden gems, trying new activities, observing people, and sampling local cuisines. Most of my travels are solo adventures.
Although not an expert, I enjoy photography and use my travels to hone my skills and storytelling ability. I have a passion for coffee and tea.
I live alone in a cozy house located 13 km from Yogyakarta Tugu railway station and 9 km from Prambanan Temple. The neighborhood is peaceful, with cornfields in front of the house and plenty of birds. It's not remote; there are eateries, shops, convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a mall nearby.
If you're staying for a few days, I can help you find scooter rentals and, if available, show you around.
I am clean and tidy, and I expect guests to treat my home with respect. I do not smoke, but guests are welcome to smoke inside.
Thank you, and I am looking forward to meeting you!
Warm regards,
Faisal
