I am Italian. I am a nurse at the moment. I like to live close to Nature. Nature is my biggest friend to me. I like reading, at the moment I am into Henry David Thoreau and Jack London, also reading the Odyssey and I am loving it. I like cooking. I am vegetarian. I do not like buying sandwiches at the local shop. I like to have my fresh veggies and cook my meal myself. I would like to have a garden and grow it myself but don't have such a gift at the moment. I like animals. (More than people) I like walking and cycling and enjoy playing tennis. ( when's possible )

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Well, I like traveling a lot. The reason to travel is to see new horizons, to get to learn new things. And I think is great when people get together sharing stories, experiences and emotions. I like intelligent companionship, otherwise I am happy without any talking mouth. I've met really beautiful people along my travels and I'd love to meet more. People are able to be inspiring and such a big source of energy and ideas. So I want to keep this going.
Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book: - Walden - HDThoreau - Walking - HDThoreau - Oscar e la dama in Rosa - The little prince Movies? Humm, too many to write here. But I do like a bit of everything, expect for horrors and thrillers. Music? I listen to everything expect to hard rock, metal or hip pop. I like classical music, I like music with the pan flute that reminds me of the Natives of America, I like pop music, I like Italian music and I like singing, especially when driving!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Climbed on a rock wall of a cliff on the sea, missed a rock and started swinging along the wall laughing badly? Co- piloted an airplane above Rome? Left my well paid job to go on a farm?
What I Can Share With Hosts
I am happy to prepare and share a meal. I am happy to go out for a drink, if we like each other. I am happy to share my little knowledge about things. To teach Italian if you're keen on learning.
My Interests
As I said I like Nature. I like going for a hike. I like finding waterfalls and lakes. I like photography quiet a lot. I bring my camera along my little trips and I enjoy the art of composing a picture. I like camping and falling asleep with the only sound of the birds or the waves nearby. I like reading. I do not read pink novels. I read literature. Italian literature, American, English, whatever. The importance of reading is too much forgotten nowadays and people read too much crap. I like cooking. Being Italian I tend to eat a good amount of pasta, otherwise is vegetables. I do not like sauces. I like healthy lifestyle and simple things. I like animals more than people and I do not like people that do not like animals!
