About Me

I'm a part-time Brazilian doctor working remotely and a full time traveler.
.
I’m passionate about life itself, and traveling around gives me best of this incredible world in which we live.
.
Discovering new places, meeting new people, expanding your experiences and views of the world: that’s what life’s about!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For a while I thought that traveling was about the places to where we go, however soon I realized it was all about the people we meet, the connections we make, that's where we can find the true magical experiences in our lifetime. Besides, learning more about other cultures and how to look at life under different sights is a marvelous experience - it's kind of addicting, right?
Moreover, as I can't visit all the places in the world, why shouldn't I try to meet people who have been all around it?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Since the first time I’ve filled this up so many trips and crazy nights have happened. Raving in Prague, hiking Mount Zas in Greece, tantric massage, kitesurfing in Lençóis Maranhenses, being invited by the couple I’ve just met to their wedding in Rio, Brazilian carnivals, camping under the stars in secluded beaches with some of the most amazing people I've met in life.
.
Still, I’ll probably keep saying for a long time that participating in a human tower WITH 9 ROWS in Barcelona during La Mercè Festival was one of the most unbelievable things I did so far.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think we are always learning about life with each person we encounter in our path. I would love to learn anything you can teach me about life, your country, your culture, your favorite song, the last time you felt as happy as one can be, the last time you thought what a wonderful world this is. Likewise, it would be awesome to learn a bit of your language! Sharing experiences and learning from each other seem to be some of the meanings of life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can always share some beer, some tea or just enjoy time, sharing stories and some laugh. I love to cook, so I'll be honored to prepare a Brazilian meal for you.
.
Also, I can teach you some things about my country, its history, my history, a little bit of Portuguese if you want to. I'm passionate about music and literature, so I can show some of the great Brazilian names of these fields - have you ever heard some Brazilian Popular Music (MPB) or tried to read a something from Caio Fernando Abreu?
